To maintain academic balance and meaningful learning outcomes, enrollment is open only to applicants who meet the prescribed age requirement.

  • Applicants must be between 16 and 40 years of age at the time of enrollment.

This age criterion ensures that students are at an appropriate academic or professional stage to benefit from the programs offered.

Eligibility Requirements

Document Submission

Applicants must ensure the following documents are ready before filling out the enrollment form:

  • Passport-Style Photograph:
    A recent color photograph (400 × 500 pixels), PNG format, not exceeding 300 KB. The photo must be clear, front-facing, and show the applicant’s face with a neutral expression.
  • Aadhaar Card:
    Front and back sides combined into a single PDF file, not exceeding 1 MB.
  • UDID Card (if applicable):
    To be submitted as a PDF file, not exceeding 1 MB.

All submitted documents must be valid, accurate, and authentic. Any false, misleading, or incomplete information may result in rejection or cancellation of enrollment at any stage.

Compliance with Academy Policies

All enrolled students are required to follow the rules, regulations, and code of conduct established by Saint Joseph’s Academy Foundation. Any violation may result in disciplinary action, including suspension or cancellation of enrollment.

Use of Personal Information

By submitting the enrollment form, applicants consent to the collection, storage, and use of their personal information for academic, administrative, and communication purposes. Personal data will not be shared with third parties except where required by law.

Changes to Courses or Schedules

The academy reserves the right to modify course structures, schedules, batch allocation, or academic content as required. Applicants and students will be informed of significant changes through official communication channels.

Attendance and Participation

Students are expected to maintain regular attendance and actively participate in academic activities. Repeated or unjustified absences may lead to penalties or cancellation of enrollment as per academy guidelines.
